Gmail & Photobucket are having trouble uploading attachments/pictures

Gmail says: "Attachment failed. This may be due to a proxy or firewall."

Photobucket says: "Image upload failed Upload failed for pic.jpg with error: File not uploaded"

Both were working before, but now are not... I'm sure it must be a pretty simple problem, I'm just not so good on the pc I suppose... Any help will be much appreciated!

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
