I am SO fed up with the damn password and the cryptic way Firefox "helps" solve it I just want it out of my life. It starts with "select menu"...where the Hell is THAT?! Why can't I just talk to a human and get the problem resolved in a couple minutes instead of an afternoon chasing around in circles?! I don't know how to delete the program so I can start over. Please, if there's a human out there, spell it out for a doddering old 86-year-old technophobe who is "computer-hostile" I'm at [edited email from public] @yahoo.com (griffinaero is the mini-corporation I used when I flew my Cessna 150, so I'm not totally stupid).
