Disabling history doesn't exists on Firefox mobile.
On Firefox mobile there is no option to disable history unlike Firefox desktop version.

Hi, The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues. You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
Thank you! I'll mark this as solved and share my idea to developers.

I would like to still have other data like cookies, saved passwords, cached images, site settings etc. while disabling only browsing history. Firefox has a similar feature but it only works if i click on "Quit" button but it would be better if selected data's cleaned after app closed from the background.
