I cannot log into MSNBC Live using my Optimum ISP. This only happens with Mozilla.

When I try to log into MSNBC I'm prompted to select my ISP ( Optimum ) and I do so and it brings me back to the log in select your IPS page again and again... A loop.. This only happens when I want to veiw MSNBC, I'm able to access other sites like HBO, Showtime etc without any problems and I'm able to stream MSNBC usiing other browsers.. Can you help.. Thanks.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
