Hi everyone, I’ve noticed that my site — http://wapplusapk.com/ — which focuses on sharing updated information and safe downloads related to WhatsApp Plus, is taking longer than expected to load on Firefox (especially the Android version). It works relatively faster on other browsers.

Are there specific settings, cache issues, or compatibility concerns in Firefox that might be causing this? I’ve already optimized images and minified scripts on the site, but it’s still slow when accessed via Firefox.

Any tips or tools within Firefox to diagnose this would be appreciated!

Not sure if posted under the right section.

Recently started having an issue trying to sign in to Microsoft Outlook (formally Hotmail) Web. I don't recall any changes i made or updates.

When i try to sign in, it opens a new tab and takes me back to the sign in page. This just continues.

Tried using MS Edge and don't have the issue.

So far tried Safe Mode which disabled add-ons, which are currently Add Block plus, and New Tab Override and the issue remains. Not sure if i tried the refresh option but i think it removes the extensions which is not the end of the world.

Added a few images, one shows duplicate tabs, which will continue

Firefox version 140.0.4 (64-bit)

Any ideas whats going

I chose "Use Adobe Acrobat Reader" for open PDF in settings and it works fine until I closed Firefox and open it again. The setting bounce to "Open in Firefox". Then, I tried choosing "Always Ask", closing Firefox and opening Firefox again. The setting preserved as "Always Ask" and did not bounce to "Open in Firefox".

I checked handler.json in user profile folder after I chose "Use Adobe Acrobat Reader" for PDF, action is 4: {"defaultHandlersVersion":{},"mimeTypes":{"application/pdf":{"action":4,"extensions":["pdf"],"handlers":[{"name":"AcroRd32.exe","path":"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Adobe\\Acrobat Reader DC\\Reader\\AcroRd32.exe"}]}},"schemes":{}}

But then after restarting Firefox, it changed to 3: {"defaultHandlersVersion":{},"mimeTypes":{"application/pdf":{"action":3,"extensions":["pdf"],"handlers":[{"name":"AcroRd32.exe","path":"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Adobe\\Acrobat Reader DC\\Reader\\AcroRd32.exe"}]}},"schemes":{}}

Checked handler.json with "Always ask". Before and after restarting Firefox, action is 1, which is expected and correct.

Some other colleagues reported the same issues as well. I am thinking if this is a bug from Firefox.

Some more notes here:

• The issue only happens to PDF, for other Content types, all good.
• Already disabled all plug-ins and extensions.
• Tried refreshing Firefox in safe mode
• Tried choosing another external PDF reader Foxit
• Firefox version is 140.0.2

where can I set my default location in Firefox? Windows 10 (desktop) has removed Maps so the computer's default location cannot be determined, and now Google Maps in Firefox has the wrong location for this computer

In FF, in the password utility, the entries are sorted by domain. That establishes that a domain sort is possible.

However, every export utility I have encountered, if it sorts at all, sorts by line.

One use I make of a printed copy is as a maintenance markup document. Some of my accounts - eg mozilla.org - have multiple access addresses in the same domain. A line sort scatters them, and I need to somehow collect them.

Would it be a big effort to output sorted by domain?

Recently I had to rebuild my PC Windows 10 .

However Download speeds in FIREFOX are very slow, 10Mbs BUT Microsoft EDGE browser runs at 50Mbs. What is going on? I have Relinstalled Mozilla several times but no luck THUNDERBIRD works - but I have no way of measuring its speed.

I have followed all the suggestions from COPILOT with no success

Any suggestions would be helpful

Recently the options to customize what I'm seeing on my Firefox Home page are gone, but only on one PC (running Windows 10 pro). On my laptop (Windows 11 home), I can see my settings just fine. I tried resetting, then uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but that didn't solve the issue. I've also disabled extensions.

"I just uploaded a new version of my Firefox extension, but it’s not updating for users who already have it installed. Is there something I might be missing? Shouldn't the extension update automatically? How can I ensure that users get the latest version?"

Apparently, there was a Windows Update last night (Windows 10). Bookmarks disappeared on Firefox. Went to Manage Bookmarks tab. Went to Import and Backup. Then Restore. There's a prompt to Choose File, but nothing appears. Also, on the left side of the Library window it is blank. On a support page, it showed some sort of list of bookmarks. Nothing like that when I pull it up.

Just switched from PC to Mac and miss the Page Up, Page Down, Home and End buttons. Wondering if there's a Firefox addon or extension to add these functions to a Macbook. I've searched but not found anything. I know I can't be alone in wishing for this!

(I am aware of using "Fn" and the arrow keys on a Mac to do page up and page down, but they are opposite sides of the keyboard and require both hands to scroll by page.)

I keep getting a message that Firefox is running but it’s not in my task manager.

I can’t uninstall it without closing it but I can’t close it while it’s running.

I've powered off and on and I've done everything I read online to do but keep going in circles.
