Sorry to hear about your account. You should read this. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/717330?last=89179 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-firefox-account-password-recovery-keys#w_change-your-recovery-key

It looks like Mozilla wants you to reset your password, but doing a password reset will erase your data.
