I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Whenever I close Firefox and open it again, some of my previous tabs return automatically, even though I don’t remember enabling this option.

I checked the startup settings, but I’m not sure which setting controls this behavior. I would prefer Firefox to open with a clean new tab each time.

Is there a setting I should change to stop old tabs from reopening?

I'd like to try out the built-in VPN, but can't find it. I've seen many older posts about this, but nothing recent. It's now August of 2026.

I'm using Firefox 154.0.1 on Android 16. I'm in the United States.

I'm logged into my browser with my Firefox account. I know it's working as I can open browser tabs between my mobile device and other devices using my account.

I'm not seeing the built-in VPN feature.

"VPN" does not appear in Settings as described in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mobile-android-vpn

By comparison, attached is a screenshot of what I have in Settings > Privacy and Security.

Any guidance?

New "About Firefox" settings page is absolutely useless

Not a question. I needed to file a bug report so I went into settings to figure out what version I was on, only to be met with this useless view (see attached). "About Fi… (saznaj više)

I needed to file a bug report so I went into settings to figure out what version I was on, only to be met with this useless view (see attached).

"About Firefox" contains no information whatsoever about Firefox. Who made this choice, and why? How is "let's show nothing at all on this page" a decision a product has made?

about:config search bar missing

I have Firefox 15.3.0.1 on two computers. One one, when I go to about:config, there is a search bar with an option to "Show only modified preferences." On the other computer this search bar is missing. How can I make it display on the second computer?

My Toolbar bookmarks no longer work. A global like icon appears where listed, but do not function. I'm logged in and still not working.

Using Windows 11. Recently all of my bookmarks have stopped working. They appear labeled correctly, but with a "globe" like icon and no longer function. I'm logged in and hit sync, but nothing seems to restore them.

I've attached image showing my tool bar. This impacts all of my bookmarked sites.
