Recently google's advanced search page changed from how it's been displayed for years -- seemingly only on firefox. And I hate the change. It still displays as always on DuckDuckGo and Safari. Firefox is my preferred browser, but I use goodle advanced search myriad times every day and this is changed version is such a PITA that it's approaching being a dealbreaker for me. Sure, I'd like to know wth happened and why, but really I just want google advanced search to return to my preferred display. (It does not just look different, it performs differently, in little ways that matter a lot to me over the multiple times I use it. Be glad to elucidate if it matters.) First attached image is what I'm now getting on ff. Second attached image is what I used to get on ff, and still get on DDG and Safari, and would like back on ff. Please help.

I have an Investors.com account and a feature they offer is a stock sector data table that shows recent performance and other information. When I try to open these tables they close immediately, but if I use my tablet with a different browser they will remain open. I believe this is a simple setting that I need to adjust, but I don't know enough to figure it out.

I have downloaded Firefox ESR and think it has been installed on my masOS version 10.12.1 and am wondering if I can use it on this version after reading your warning about support. Perhaps I have not installed it properly as I have just used what I think was the previous version since it has all the oldsaved sites.

In Settings>General>Language, why is there an option to "Use your operating system settings for “English (Zimbabwe)” to format dates, times, numbers, and measurements." . I can't find any documentation for this. Is there an interesting 'Zimbabwe' format or feature? If so, what is it?

Do I need to add an email filter?

I have firefox as my default browser with Bitwarden extension. I use yahoo and sign in for browser. I also have outlook for email. Maybe a month back, when signing into yahoo, I would type in the first few letters and bitwarden login options would appear. They still do but selecting one seems to do nothing now. If I open bitwarden and try autofill from the login file, it says it cannot autofill, items must be copied and pasted. Its odd that in yahoo home page login the options appear but do not autofill as they used to maybe a month ago.

I don't know where to write this. Hello everyone, Firefox has an auto-fill feature for cards. I wanted to enter all my cards. I enter my card, and it comes to the expiration date. The card says 10/37, but in Firefox the maximum is 35. Alfa Bank Russia has started issuing cards that are valid for 12 years, I don't know if it's to save money or not. What should I do, wait 2 years? Or has a similar question already been asked here and will it be fixed soon?

Tabs Dan be saved individually. But tabs can be gathered and saved to a tab group. Can we save the tab group like individual tab in bookmark or else, so that the tab group can be easily restored when the Firefox is closed.

My Bookmarks are missing. I see backups under the profile/bookmarkbackups folder but when I manage bookmarks, they are not in the restore dropdown. I have followed the steps to delete the places.sqlite but when I reopen firefox, I do not see the bookmarks have been restored. I thought it might have been related to Norton Utilities so I renewed a subscription but no luck. I also have a json file with my bookmarks but I cannot choose it from Manage Bookmarks, either

When using vertical tabs and having bookmarks toolbar only visible on a new tab, there is this behavior where if you are on a website (bookmarks toolbar not visible) and then open a new tab, the vertical tabs move because they need to make space for the bookmarks toolbar. Would it be possible to make it like it is, for example, in Microsoft Edge, where when you open a new tab, your vertical tabs do not need to move because the bookmarks toolbar is as if off to the side a little bit, so the vertical tabs do not need to provide extra space for it? My hope would be for the bookmarks toolbar to be next to the vertical tabs, not above them.

Firefox offers to automatically save user IDs and corresponding passwords on a site by site basis. It then will offer (or in some cases just insert the information) on the same site's login page when you return. This seems to be called "autofill" in the documents.

However, for some sites (and this appears to be random), when confronted with a login page, not only will Firefox automatically insert the user ID and PW (autofill), but for each step it will ALSO accept the insertion to move to the next question, effectively automatically log in.

For example, for one site, when I open a new tab and navigate to a site that I had previously saved user ID and PW for, the login page will briefly flash, and then I will be automatically logged into the site. There seems to be no name that I can find to describe this behaviour that distinguishes it from the "autofill" described above. I will call it "autologin" for this question.

My question is how to control this behaviour? I have not consciously chosen to have Firefox autologin for any site, but I do save ID and PW for the autofill capability. Is there a way to turn the autologin on or off (i.e. control it) for specific sites?
