Both Mozilla products spontaneusly disappeared from my computer. Firefox requested a reinstall, and all was recovered. Firefox completely disappeared, and I had to restore from backups. I am seriously worried. What is going on?

Dear Mozilla team, I have nothing to add I made a short summery to a guy who asked why his computer starts redumdebly with Gmail and it's specially to him my question is adressed to.

Completely broken AI and absolutely nowhere to download it.... Worked perfectly fine yesterday, and the poof, it's gone. All the options are still there for AI block and not blocked. Configs are set. You can even see where the AI is supposed to be. Where is it????? Why is there nowhere to download this "extension" (SmolLM2-360M-Instruct-GGUF) when Firefox gets its back broken? I'm not 500 IQ, so I'm not compiling it myself on Linux. Please help me get this feature back. I'm trying to give as much information as I can, but I know it's probably gonna fall short. browser.ml.chat.enabled = true browser.ml.chat.page = true browser.ml.chat.menu = true A bunch of Nimbus experiment values are present. Firefox clearly still thinks the ML/chat feature exists. Yet the On-Device AI section is missing from about:addons.

I am a TD Bank customer who uses their Bill Pay feature. A recent FireFox update now prevents me from completing my payment sequence. Please alert me how this can be fixed. I like the FireFox browser but will remove it from my computer if no fix is offered. When I use Google Crome I have no problem completing my payment sequence. Thank you.

I can't open, delete, uninstall or update my Firefox on my laptop???

I dont have much Ram space on my computer - but am working on expanding it.

I had lots of trouble making Firefox work yesterday, after what I believe was a Mozilla update I had to uninstall and then reinstall. What I am experiencing after the new install and all updates is: I placed the icon on the taskbar. when I open Firefox it opens a new icon in the taskbar. I have two icons when using firefox instead of two like it has always been before. In the picture, the icon on the left is always there. The one on the right opens when I open firefox. Is it supposed to work like this? It is a windows issue? Is it A mozilla issue? Anyone else having this issue. I have tried different ways after deleting the icons, to place it back on the taskbar. I used the pin to taskbar, drag and drop on taskbar... Any ideas. Just live with it? or fix it somehow?

Frustrated that told to do this do that, and more of stuff I don't understand. Change this, Change what. No matter what how many times i change this or that nothing helps. i have a big headache, and it isn't right to put so much stupid crap that I dpn't understand at all. Nothing is simple; it's not simple. I already paid a $20.00 for a donation so I can use Thunderbird. I can't even use the freaken Thunderbird. I can't figure out what the heck who ever expects me to do this, do that, than more of the same. All I want, is to be able to use Thunderbird, transfer all my emails to Thunderbird. Use the Thunderbird without alot of crazy ass questions, that I have no answers. If this is diffcult to read imagine how I feel. It should be so difficult to use anything, but it sure is. Even writing this, what do I gain, nothing, go away, lose the money I donated for Thunderbird. I would really really appreciate any help to help me sit up this thunderbird email. I really would.
