In the last day, notifications on my instagram are being blocked, even though istagram is "allowed" in my security settings.

I have allowed instagram, but ever since Firefox updated a few days ago, all of my "notification" on Instagram are blocked. This is the first time this has ever happened in over 3 years of instagram use on my PC via Firefox.

You can try re–enabling them by going into the settings and removing existing subscription: Web Push notifications in Firefox and then request them again from the web app.
