I get an unwanted "media control" notification box in my pulldown menu when I play a video in Firefox that won't go away permanently. I can hide the notification manually with the button that appears after a long press on the box or just swipe the box away but as soon as I pause/unpause or start a new vid it respawns. I've turned off all Firefox notifications and made sure that the "pin media player" option available in the settings menu you find with the "hide" button is diabled. I have also tried the about:config workaround for stable Firefox and set the media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled to false, but to no avail. This is an unused 2024 phone that I've just set up so everything should be up to date with Android 15 and Firefox 153.0.1. Am I missing something? Please help!

I terminated my McAfee subscription, as Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 360 have Microsoft Defender included. I keep getting Mozilla Firefox warning notices saying my McAfee licence has expired, Trojan Virus found on hard drive, multiple virus on my computer, Critical errors etc. I have had MS Defender do several scans and no problems have been detected. Can you help correct this or do I have a virus that Defender cant detect? I have tried to copy one of the notices but it comes up as a link to further notices and I am concerned it is another virus. The notices are all Mozilla badged with suggestions such as Scan and fix, Turn on protection, Update windows and more. I am able to delete them, but after a few minutes they return. Regards Robert.

I have allowed instagram, but ever since Firefox updated a few days ago, all of my "notification" on Instagram are blocked. This is the first time this has ever happened in over 3 years of instagram use on my PC via Firefox.

Hello I hope you can help me. I signed up for the Mozilla VPN yesterday but have decided to end it. It is within the 30 day refund window. How do I receive my refund please? I did cancel it under the cancellation button but it did not offer my refund. It said I had the service for the remainder of the year but will not renew at the next renewal date.

The reason I am cancelling is because when trying to access youtube, google says I have to sign into a google account where before I did not have to do that. I canceled my google account years ago and am a avid firefox user. thank you for your time.

as of last week, I am getting these tiny popups on the right top page that I cannot stop. I had to ask apple support for assistance and remove them. why is this happening all of a sudden? I run and older Mac version of OS 10.13.6 that I cannot uypdate due to the age of my computer. How can I stop getting these annoying popups? Thank,u.
