Revisando https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1690029 parece ser que la opción fue removida en Firefox 87.

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/view-image-context-menu-item/ lo vuelve a agregar al menú.

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/view-image-context-menu-item/ lo vuelve a agregar al menú.
