My thoughts about the second, "too full" account...

- Are you getting error messages telling you the account is too full? Please quote the error message exactly, in full, verbatim. A screen shot would suffice. Do you know what your storage limit is?

- is this a POP3 account or IMAP? If POP3, is it set up to leave messages on the server after downloading?

- Are you caught up, that is, have you downloaded all available messages to date?
