I was in the middle of watching the Phillies and the Braves play on Apple TV+ 7/5/24. While watching the game, the screen flashed a message I couldn't catch and that was the end of viewing Apple TV+. From that moment on all that was displayed was the original promotional page (attached) that seemed to have all it's links disabled. After playing with it for awhile with no success I switched to Chrome and the streaming ran okay. I then reinstalled a clean Firefox but I still have the same issue. A dead Apple TV+. I am baffled by this. Need help. Please see attachment. I am running Windows 11

Hi, I've been a Firefox user for many years and don't have the slidest idea of what password I used to setup the account. I read in the Firefox documentation that I could loose all my information if I change my email but that's exactly what I need to do. I currently use gmail and have switched to Outlook. Two questions, how do I change to Outlook without loosing bookmarks, etc. and can I import my gmail accounts into Outlook. Thank you in advance. PS, I created a Recovery Key

For some reason I looked into whether my Firefoxes are ever using HTTP/3 - turns out they aren't. I looked up how to get any kind of information on this, and saved networking logs. They indicate that the moment Firefox tries to send the first UDP packet for the HTTP/3 connection, it gets "ErrorAccordingToNSPR [in=-5987 out=80004005]", the connection fails, and the server is added to an exclusion list so that no further (futile) attempts at using HTTP/3 will be made (which makes reattempting a HTTP/3 connection by hand that much harder). The initial platform was Windows 11, with Firefox 98.0.2, but afterwards I reproduced the issue on another PC running Windows 10, and with a nightly version on Windows 11, which I also used to save some logs which I can publish, as they don't reveal the sites I visit (though I can always provide the logs from my everyday instance of Firefox, should you find the information insufficient).

I also confirmed that HTTP/3 works with Chromium on the very same system and network, and also with Firefox on another machine running Linux.

I had a Firefox account on my phone. I got hacked. So I uninstalled the Firefox app. I got the upgrade for Lookout and added that to my phone. I opened a new Firefox browser on my PC because I was tired of Google and I don't like Bing. I think you are still using my phone account. dawniegirl1973. lt has never been a primary or secondary email for phone or Pc. But you caught the last hacker! I would like an upgrade with Firefox on both PC and phone if I wouldn't have to pay for both devices. Would that cover both PC and phone? They are not linked, but they do share 2 emails and passwords. I also would like VPN, if that would secure my wifi. But I need a network that I can use for all my internet needs. I don't know what all VPN does. Please help me out. I don't know what to do anymore. It's all gotten so confusing. I'm tired of being hacked. Please advice. I trust, you, Firefox and I want you on both devices can we do this?

Hello,

I noticed that a setting on the about:config page was removed: the "security.csp.enable" setting. I was using this setting to disable CSP to be able to load local JS scripts on some non-locally hosted sites, for debugging and development, work related purposes.

Was this setting really removed? Is there a way to disable CSP on Firefox on the latest version?

Thanks! Gabriel.

Using Firefox on desktop, Windows 11. I am a long term Firefox fan/user.

My problem is I cannot find anywhere an easy method to add a shortcut on my Home Screen (which has now been a FF feature for some considerable time).

I am sure there was something available to do this in a prior version some time back. If I search the internet, I only come across articles describing how to do it on Firefox Android.

I know I can manually edit a box on the Home Screen to create what I need.

Sometimes new web sites that I visit appear in the boxes and I can then pin them in place - but the behavior around this is very erratic and unreliable - seems like random chance for an icon to appear on the home screen for a newly visited site. If this was more consistent, I could work with that.

BUT - where is the **intuitive** option??!!

I should be able to right-click on a tab and select "Add to Home Screen".

As simple as that.

Or drag and drop a link, or tab to the home screen - but this just opens the link. I have tried everything obvious that I can think of.

Anyone?

Many thanks :)

I went into about:config and changed the following values in order to widen the scrollbar:

css. scrollbar-width was true changed to false idget.non-native-theme.scrollbar.size.override was 0 changed to 100 widget.non-native-theme.enabled was true changed to false

Changing these values didn't widen my scrollbar. Without getting into coding, is there another way to make the scrollbar wider? (I changed them all back to the original settings when they didn't work.)
