I have downloaded & installed the eBay Toolbar, but there is no sign of it?

Having downloaded the latest version of Firefox, I am increasingly finding it difficult to understand. I need the "eBay toolbar" to operate eBay, so have downloaded it from the web. According to it's installer 

it is now in place, but it has not appeared in Firefox as in the past.  How now Brown cow?

Did you check if this toolbar is enabled?

  • Firefox menu button > Options
  • View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the menu bar)
  • Right-click empty toolbar area

Thank you for you help. Subsequent to my post, I went back to the beginning, and was able to resolve my problem by watching the video, (not easy, it's too fast,) and obtaining the file via the add-on search procedure, rather than using my usual web download process. As the saying goes, if all else fails, read the instructions !! Thanks again Cor-el.
