I was using a theme this week where it colored in my tabs at the top black and the Firefox drop down menu up at the left hand side was colored in black as well. The font for the tabs and the drop down menu was like a neon blue kind of. Just wanted to know if I could get any information on what the theme might be called? Or if it is even still available.

If you check your add-ons list, is the theme still installed and if so can you activate it?

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Appearance category

If you were using it on a different system, then of course it probably isn't listed there...

Yeah, I've checked that list already and it's not there that's why I had to get a new one. Is there another way that I can check every add on that I have installed?

Hi JossyJay, all themes should be listed under Appearance, but perhaps it was packaged as an Extension? You can check that list as well (note: disabled extensions cluster at the bottom of the list).

Generally speaking, plugins are unlikely to affect the menu/toolbar/tab area of Firefox.

If you lost the theme by using the Firefox Reset feature, then your old add-ons would be in a folder on your desktop named Old Firefox Data. The file and folder names often are hard to interpret, so if you need to go digging around in there, you might want to ask for further assistance.

Was that a Persona (lightweight theme)?

If you have installed a Persona then the default text color and background color of the toolbars are defined by that Persona.
The colors of the currently selected Persona are stored as the first entry in the lightweightThemes.usedThemes pref as textcolor and accentcolor. The data of other installed Personas are stores in following records in this pref in JSON format (backslashes are escaped as \").
