How do I remove in the upper left corner the Firefox logo which is followed by text describing the web page. Want to declutter the screen and gain space.

Right above the Menu tool bar, (File,Edit,View, History, etc.), in the upper left hand corner is the Firefox logo followed by text..as I'm typing this, it reads "Ask a Question|Mozilla Support- Mozilla Firefox". Since I already use the Navigation tool bar, find this information redundant and most important want to regain some real estate on my small screen by removing it if possible. Thanks.

hello stroghilas, you can go to view > toolbars and disable the menubar, then the space should be condensed...

Go to view > toolbars > Uncheck Menu bar.

Thanks for the quick replies...however I want to keep the Menu bar as well as the Navigation bar in the present layout..was just wondering if I can only remove the Firefox logo and the text that follows it, in order regain a line of screen space.

You can do that but it would cut the whole x out maximize thing too.
