I cannot install Adobe Reader! Tries to install after half way shows general installation error what can I do

I cannot print any downloads, and just now tried to download Adobe Reader so that I can print a claim form, they suggested I download Adobe! When I tried, it shows on downloads. I ran it, and about 90% down, an error message comes up "General Installation Error" report or don't report! I am totally lost on how to proceed! Icannot print any download pages!

Please restart you computer. Also this forum is for Firefox support, please explain how your issue is Firefox related; Does this issue occur on another browser? Make sure Firefox is not present in the task manager while Adobe Reader is installing.

Wasn't sure who's issue it was, but I use only Firefox as my browser, therefore most downloads are done thru there!

Forget I asked, will get a professional to help me!
