Cannot download Abode acrobat, receive constant error messages when following instructions??
Cannot access information because Adobe needs to be updated. Go to "plug in" and follow instructions and receive message "download timeout" every time. Have tried various approaches & nothing works, very frustrated!

You have alot of plugins VERY out of date. Use http://ninite.com/firefox-flash-java-reader/ninite.exe to update them all quickly and easily.
Appreciate the help, systems are functioning well. I'm a "geezer" & get lost in the technology world at times, but i keep plugging ahead and with guides like you I can find my way. marshall60
