I have a PList issue in my user space on my IMAC running OS10.8 Using Schwab/Citrix software! Unstable mouse?

1. Graphs in schwab.com are unstable and move down. 2. Pull down menus in Citrix do not hold, both right & left mouse cliks. 3. In a clear TEST user space these problems don't occur, as they do in my user space. 4. Before the upgrade from OS10.5 to OS10.8, and to ADOBE 11.0, I was able to print attachments and restaurant menus in the ADOBE window. Now they will not "OPEN IN THE FIREFOX WINDOW". They do open in PREVIEW when using Safari.
