The home page displays header, but it is not shown on subsequent pages. The drop down menus for order options don't work. Everything works perfectly well with other browsers.

Microsoft Office is notorious for producing web pages which only display correctly in Internet Explorer.

You need to use a program like these:

Those missing images link to local files on the computer (Tools > Page Info > Media):

Make usre that you dislable VML when you save the pages in MS Offfice software to make them work properly in all browsers.
