The wheel that says "connecting" just spins indefinitely. Does anybody know what the problem could be and how it can be fixed? This started a couple weeks ago out of the blue. It never happened before. I've been logging in to Firefox for the last couple years without any issues. Funny thing is I'm not even sure if we have Netscape. I've looked on-line for info on viruses that behave the way I've described above and I havn't found anything.
