Are all your plugin up to date? Try to run firefox with diabled all plugins also close any antivirus that running

Firefox may not even be crashing. If it is crashing you should be able to obtain crash IDs in most cases.

• Have you tried entering about:crashes into the location bar,as mentioned in the above linked article.
• maybe it helps if you are able to give a screen shot of any error message or crash dialogue see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

The fact that Internet Explorer is also not working may point to some other general problem, maybe with internet connectivity, or a firewall or security related program blocking access

• and if you get anoteer browser to work Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can

I've tried all of these suggestions. No other program on my computer seems to have a problem running. My antivirus shows no problems, though I am trying another now. I also get no crash reports. It will say it is sending a report but shows no info. Thanks for the help!

ok it crashed again, all it says is Firefox has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Navigate to about:crashes do you see crash report links than ?

If the reports were submitted the report will be prefixed bp-

• copy and paste that link into your next post, for a couple of recent reports
• if they are not prefixed bp- still click on the links from Firefox or another working browser, once they have bee submitted try again and paste the link into your next post.
