I want to change an epub icon In Explorer , but I do not have the option under Tools and "New". Why?

My epub file does not have a good icon and I want to change it. I have been advised to: In Explorer choose "Folder options" under Tools, then "New". When You have it in that list click "Advanced to change the icon.................but I cannot find that option in tools. Why? Please advise me how to sort this out. Thank you, Nigel
