i have(had) the latest version but removed it from my computer.videos don't ever load at some websites and then others-such as you tube-plays less then 50% of the videos.the other half of the time it says "an error occurred please try again later".google chrome is by far a superior browser.i am surprised that my "go-to" and beloved firefox is so crappy now.very disappointed

This is most likely because of a recent Flash update (11.3) which has been causing some problems in Firefox recently.

You can try reading the following articles to see if there is a good resolution for your problem:

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again

Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

i appreciate the reply but i have figured out that by just uninstalling mozilla firefox and using google chrome i have no issues.i have had enough of the downloading the latest version then having to install and update all of the plug-ins.what nonsense. now i just click on chrome and off i go.there is no comparison.i guess i used firefox so long i got used to the taste of crap

Chrome kind of cheats by coming with its own Flash ;)
