I do now how to see the add ons manager, but HOW can I access a list of my already installed Firefox add-ons (I mean THOSE which I already installed)

You can open the Help menu and choose Troubleshooting Information for a list of your installed extensions. Other types of add-ons like themes and personas aren't listed there.

To create a complete list of your installed add-ons, you can install the following extension.
