HI I'M 70NB SO I USE CAPS . IN F-FOX 8 MENU BAR. THE BAKGROND SPACE IMAGE, HARD TO SEE, ASK A ? & F-FOX HELP. THE ZOOM IN/OUT ICONS I CANT SEE UNLESS I HOVER THE CURSOR OVER THEM, CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR BAKGRD & SIZE OF TEXT? THANKS

You can use the NoSquint extension to set font sizes (text/page zoom) and text colors on web pages.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.
