I was using Firefox until two years ago when I downloaded the upgrade and it then would not work and I had to go to Internet Explorer. I had changed over to AT&T was told that Firefox might be incompatible, but the old version had been working fine. Even the ATT Tech could not get it to operate. It does not open at all and I just keep getting a message that it is set for offline and to change the settings, but I have no idea where to go to do that.

If Firefox says you're in offline mode, you can turn that off by unchecking "Work Offline" in the File menu or under the "Web Developer" menu in the Firefox button menu. If that doesn't turn out to be the issue, try here for more: Websites don't load - troubleshoot and fix error messages
