My college's online class site is not compatible with Firefox 7

The college has notified us that we have to use Firefox 6 because the website is not compatible with Firefox 7. But frequently I am notified that I will be upgraded to 7, so I go in and have to got through the steps of making sure I am still in version 6. Is there something that can be done to fix this?

I've seen reports before that Angel LMS isn't working with Firefox 7, so there is probably nothing that you can do about it but wait until Blackboard updates Angel software to work with Firefox 7.
