New tab starts with some strange page instead of my homepage.

I have set my home page to www.google.com. When I open a new window it's all fine. But when I open a new tab, it goes to this URL: http://www.searchqu.com/406?tag=newtab I have no idea where this thing came from. I can't get the new tabs to open in google.
