I accidentally clicked on "full page" and I hate it and now I don't know how to get back to where I can see all the tabs all the time. Help, Please!!!

I right clicked in a "space" in the tool bar and clicked on the option to "turn off" the full page viewing option. Thanks for your response!!
That is another option. The F11 key however, is simple and has only the one function.
A third option is to toggle with ALT+V+F
