Is there a specific reaason that you need v3.6. I might be able to help you if you tell me what it is.

Also, I'm not sure that the Firefox site will let you download older versions.

Version 3.6.20 is the only supported version besides 6. You can download it from the following link:

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html#languages
