Firefox is a browser. It doesn't contain an email client.

You need to go to your email provider and sort it out. I see Yahoo in your plugins list, so presumably, you have Yahoo as your email Provider. So here's the link to their Help files: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/
