Almost all add-ons are already compatible with Firefox 5.0 beta 1, even if their authors have not yet tested and marked them as compatible. You can use the Add-on Compatibility Reporter to enable these add-ons, and (if you like) to report if any are broken which will help us fix them.

We'll be making changes in the next few months so that add-ons automatically stay compatible, without their authors needing to manually test and mark them with every release. For details, see:
