Foxfire will not allow me to use charter.com.

When I log in to charter, foxfire prevents me for viewing option in on this site. It reverts me to the home page logged out. I added Charter.com in the privacy option to allow cookies? Not sure what to do!

Yes, I still cannot access charter.com pages while in private browsing.
