how to get iespell the spell checking program to work in firefox?

i switched to firefox some time ago and i find the spell checking program in firefox do not work as good as iespell. can iespell be made to work in firefox? or is there a version of iespell for firefox? or is there another program that works just like iespell. some have made suggestions before and i tried them but they just don't cut the mustard like iespell. like after the deadline

iespell is just for IE based browsers.

An add-on that you can try is SpellBound, it adds functionality to the built-in spell checker.
