firefox and IE 32bit can't find server

1. new hp came with norton it ran out 2. unistalled Norton 3. installed my pctools 4. about this time firefox error can not find server 5. I try I.Explorer, can not find server 6. google chrome, can not find server 7. I xplorer 64 bit works 8. I tried with windows firewall on and off , downloaded firefox (new) no difference 

9.      What is wrong and how do I Fx???? please /Thank you

Are you sure that Norton is completely gone?
Try using the correct removal tool for what was installed.
