We can not login in to our account with Genbook. All other account have been fine so far.

When ever we use Firefox, we can not login to our account with Genbook (this is the only account we are having this issue with). I can go to Explorer and login without any problems. Please let me know how to correct this problem.

Not related to your question, but your plugins list shows outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks.

  • Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53
  • Java Plug-in 1.6.0_11 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)

Update the Java plugin to the latest version.

Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.


"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"


Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
