How do i remove bing from the keyword search. i tried everything on the forum i changed keyword.url and it still shows up. please advise
I have tried changing Keyword.url in about:config but the big search engine still shows up when i use keyword. keyword.url does have the correct link but bing still shows up. please advise

I have the same problem. After the new update, firefox started to redirect to Bing in place of Google. MS really SUCKS!
Hey Mozilla team, please find a way to block other programs installing things into Firefox without permission! There should be something you can do about MS's dirty tricks.
I just uninstalled the Bing Bar from the Control panel. That works too if you don't want it.
