When I try to log-in to other sites using google I am getting pop up and all. But after completing the required steps it shows 'Something went wrong'. I tried same with Edge & Chrome but it all works fine.

What site? Is the site you're trying to log into setup in Google to allow? Did you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search
