FireFox locking up

I am finding more than ever that Firefox is no longer working on several apps. When I log into my banking app it logs in but then locks up and will not allow me to maneuver on the site. On Microsoft teams audio does not work even though it is not muted and I cannot see other participants even though video is on. If I switch to Microsoft Edge both my banking and Teams programs work without problems. I have used Firefox for years but I am ready to go to another web browser since I have to switch to another browser many times anyway. Is there a solution? If not I will be moving to Edge as much as I hate to.
