After Firefox sent notice that they just updated my version of Firefox, soon afterwards, my two e-mail accounts weren't working correctly. (I can only open messages but can't save, delete, print or even close. And I'm only receiving about half of my messages.) I tried a different browser - Epic - and all my messages show up and everything works just fine.) Can you check the new Firefox version you very recently installed, please, and e-mail me? I would appreciate it very much - I depend on my e-mails. Thank you.

I think they may have installed the newer version because the original version was crashing often.

dran writes, on next day - 02/24/23, to thank Firefox Mozilla technicians profusely for handling my e-mail problems as reported the previous day. Now I can receive and pay my e-bills, place my grocery order for my pick-up, etc., etc. - just normal living this day and age. I'm a fairly new Firefox browser user (1 month +) so, with your swift action to my problem, I'm looking forward to our future!

Thanks again.

Since noone knows what email service your talking about noone is going to know what is happening. Firefox users can't check on your Firefox nor email as this isn't a support ticket reply but only end user help forum that users post help on here.
