I just handed in my work computer and I use Firefox on it and my personal computer. When my work fires up that computer, Firefox is the default browser and all my information and passwords are going to be available to them. Help..

Hi
If that computer was connected to your Firefox Account, you can remove it by going to https://accounts.firefox.com/signin and deleting it from the Connected Services option.
This will not remove bookmarks, passwords and browsing history - to do that you will need access to the computer.
You can also possibly change the password of the account to prevent logging in again on that device.
