Hi,

       I currently run Firefox 94.0.1, I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit - Ver 21H1  - OS BUILD 19043.1266

I have 16 GB Ram. Storage is Samsung SSD 465GB & 3 x 1TB hard drives. I use the Microsoft Virus and Firewall apps. I also run Mozilla VPN.

Recently on two separate occasions and via two different methods, email links to two separate Microsoft Forms. Both appear using the link in the emails and look normal?, what ever that may be. after selecting or filling out the forms, you get to the end of the first page and hit the 'NEXT' button. And nothing happens.

I have tried turning off Mozilla VPN, still nothing happens. One form is a Medical survey for my wife's Aerobic class Clients, and was not built by my wife. The other form is from the BACPR (British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation)

I am at a loss as to why these forms fail to work

Any help would gratefully received.

Steve

When in Troubleshoot(safe)Mode - the problem disappears? Just corrupt cookies? I have not yet cleared the Cache - should I?

Have just closed the Troubleshoot mode and restarted normal mode, and the problem has now gone and the forms seem to be working OK? Cookies?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Probably a corrupt file that was removed.
