Hi, when signing into a site the email address I use, firefox changes my i to l , even when I click on the correct saved addy my i comes up as I . The company says from their end I have been successful but I am not in, it says my password and email addy is not compatible. I was forced to use chrome where I can thankfully sign in, but I do not want to be using another browser. I have cleared cookies, I updated my firefox but still will not let me in. Thank you
