I use Firefox to download a file from Internet by means of the command Shell of VBA, i.e :

Shell ("C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" & " -url https://FileName.exe")

and curiously sometimes the FileName is downloaded without problems and the next time I try to download it, it appears a warning indicating Firefox has closed unexpectedly. And of course, the next time I try to download the file, it is dowloaded again without problems and the story is repeated continuously.

Hi jazzjom, glad to see you on Mozilla Support Forum.

Is it closing, or crashing?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
