My laptop account became corrupt so I created a new one and saved everything to a hard drive to put on it. I have files that are sent through firefox in my business and they won't open in firefox (keeps saying open with firefox default and then opening a new tab and saying the same thing over and over). I have logged into my firefox account on my browser and this hasn't fixed it. What should I do? It says the file is in VTR format.
