Firefox 65 is not printing video images. It only shows a black box. This happens in all versions of FF and only in Firefox., No other browser has this issue.

I have done practically everything possible to try and fix this, short of resetting my PC. I have restarted with addons disabled, refreshed FF, created a new profile, etc. The problem is only in FF. Something is wrong...maybe security settings...? I have set them all to default...please advise. Thx.

Unless others can get to the link to print weren't going to know what is happening during print.

I can give you the link, but it really doesn't matter at all since this issue is with any link that has video, whether it is youtube, Vimeo, live streaming, etc. and it only occurs in FF. Chrome, & Edge don't have this problem, which is why it's unsettling.

Why is it so hard for you to just tell me if you have the same problem when you print a web page with video...?

Thank you. Are you talking about playing the video? I have no problem with this. My problem is when I go to print the web page with video, I get a black or empty box in the print preview where the video image should be...,please confirm. Thx again.

I've already done that including restarting with addons disabled, refreshing FF, creating a new profile, etc. and nothing works.

Could you please post a screenshot of your print preview of the link in question...? Thanks
