In Firefox there is in the popupmenu (rightclick) the option "set as Wallpaper".

Is there a way to disable this option?

I work in a school and pupils use this "hack" to change backgrounds of the laptops which then creates too much extraction...

There once (years ago) was a bug report about this issue, but as this hardly ever seems to be an issue, it hasn't been worked on anymore and was considered to be "RESOLVED WONTFIX ".
