Possibly your Security Program : Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET & sometimes McAfee are a issue. If running any of the above check the scanners that may be the issue or their forum. If not above please try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup.
